    1. Who We Are

AeroPaarth Aircraft Sales & Charters PVT LTD is an aviation company offering private charter flights, Heli-Yatra pilgrimage services, air ambulance, and aircraft sales. When you book with us, enquire through our website, or call us, you share personal information with us. This Policy tells you exactly what we do with it — and what we don't.

If you have questions about anything in this Policy, our Grievance Officer is always your first point of contact. Their details are at the end of this document.

    2. What Information We Collect

We collect only what we genuinely need to arrange your travel safely and process your booking. Nothing more.

    Your name and contact details

Your full name, phone number, email address, and any postal address you provide — so we can confirm your booking, send you updates, and reach you if anything changes about your flight.

    Your travel and booking details

Your travel dates, origin and destination, number of passengers, any special requests, and your booking history with us. We use this to arrange your charter or Heli-Yatra, ensure the right aircraft is allocated, and keep a record of your trips with us.

    Payment information

When you pay for a booking, your payment is processed through a secure third-party payment gateway. We never see or store your card number, CVV, or bank account credentials. What we do retain is the transaction reference number, the amount paid, the date, and the payment status. This is for our financial records and to help resolve any payment disputes.

    Government-issued identity documents

For certain services — particularly charter flights — we may need a copy of your Aadhaar, Passport, or PAN card. This is a requirement under DGCA aviation regulations and is used solely for identity verification. It is not used for marketing.

Health and medical information (Air Ambulance only)

If you engage our air ambulance service, we will ask for the patient's medical condition, treating doctor's details, and the receiving hospital. This is sensitive information and we will always ask for your explicit written consent before collecting it. It is used only to arrange safe transport and coordinate with medical teams — never for any other purpose.

    Website usage information

When you visit aeropaarth.com, we collect your IP address, the pages you visit, how long you spend on them, and the device and browser you are using. This helps us keep the website working properly and understand where we can improve it. This data is collected via cookies — see Section 7 for how you can control this.

    3. How We Use Your Information

Here is an account of why we use your information:

    • To confirm and manage your booking, and send you updates about your flight or service.
    • To process your payment and issue an invoice or receipt.
    • To comply with DGCA and other aviation regulatory requirements — including passenger manifests and identity verification.
    • To coordinate with aircraft operators, ground handling teams, and (for air ambulance) medical facilities on your behalf.
    • To contact you if there is a change to your flight, a cancellation, or a safety matter we need to inform you about.
    • To maintain our financial and operational records as required by Indian tax and company law.
    • To improve our website and understand how people use our services.

We do not use your personal information to send you marketing communications unless you have separately opted in to receive them. We do not profile you for advertising purposes.

    4. Who We Share Your Information With

We share your information only when necessary, and only with parties who are bound to handle it responsibly.

    • Payment gateways: Paytm, Razorpay, or another payment processor processes your payment. They receive only the information needed to complete the transaction. These providers are PCI-DSS compliant and operate under their own privacy policies and data security standards.
    • Aircraft operators and crew: Where AeroPaarth charters an aircraft from a third-party operator, that operator will receive your name, travel details, and any relevant safety information. They receive only what is necessary to conduct your flight safely.
    • Government and regulatory authorities: We are legally required to share passenger details with the DGCA and other authorities in certain circumstances. We will always do this within the bounds of the law and will not share more than is required.
    • Medical teams (Air Ambulance only): For air ambulance services, relevant medical information about the patient is shared with the receiving hospital or medical team to ensure continuity of care. We do this only with your prior consent.
    • Our technology providers: We use IT service providers for hosting our website and storing business data. These providers are based in India and are contractually required to protect your data to the same standard we do.

We never sell your personal information to anyone. We never share it with advertisers. We never transfer it outside India.

    5. How Long We Keep Your Information

We do not keep your information longer than we need to. Once a retention period expires, your data is securely deleted or anonymised.

    • Booking and transaction records: 7 years — Income Tax Act and GST compliance
    • Identity documents (Aadhaar, Passport, PAN): 3 years from last service — DGCA and aviation regulatory requirements
    • Health / medical data (Air Ambulance): 5 years from date of service — Medical liability and regulatory requirements
    • Website cookies and usage data: 12 months — Website analytics and security
    • Enquiry / contact form (if no booking follows): 6 months — Customer service; deleted if you do not proceed
    • Payment transaction reference: 7 years — Financial records and dispute resolution

    6. Your Rights

Your personal data belongs to you. Under Indian law, you have the following rights — and we are committed to making them easy to exercise. Simply contact our Grievance Officer.

    • The right to know what we hold: You can ask us at any time what personal information we have about you and what we use it for. We will respond within 15 business days.
    • The right to correct your information: If anything we hold about you is wrong or out of date, just let us know and we will correct it promptly.
    • The right to have your information deleted: You can ask us to delete your personal information. We will act on your request unless we are legally required to retain certain records (for example, financial records under tax law). We will always tell you if we cannot delete something and explain why.
    • The right to withdraw your consent: If you have given us consent to use your information for a particular purpose, you can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us. Please note that if you withdraw consent for a booking already in progress, we may not be able to continue providing that service.
    • The right to nominate someone: You may nominate a trusted person to exercise your privacy rights on your behalf — for example, in case of illness or incapacity. Contact our Grievance Officer to set this up.

Email our Grievance Officer at grievance@aeropaarth.com. We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and resolve it within 15 business days. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.

    7. Cookies

Our website uses cookies — small files stored on your device that help the site work properly and remember your preferences.

    • Cookies we always use: Some cookies are essential for the website to function at all — for example, to keep you logged in during a session or to keep the booking form working. These cannot be switched off.
    • Cookies you can choose: We also use analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics) that help us understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it. We only switch these on with your permission. When you first visit our site, you will be asked whether you are happy to accept these. You can change your mind at any time through the cookie settings on our website.

We do not use cookies to track you across other websites or to show you targeted advertising.

    8. How We Protect Your Information

We take the security of your personal information seriously. Here is what we do to protect it:

    • All data transmitted between your browser and our website is encrypted using SSL/TLS.
    • Access to personal data within AeroPaarth is restricted to staff who genuinely need it to do their jobs.
    • Our servers and data storage are based in India and are access-controlled.
    • Everyone at AeroPaarth who handles personal data is bound by confidentiality obligations.
    • We regularly review our security practices.

If something does go wrong — for example, if there is ever a data breach — we will tell you what happened and what we are doing about it. We will also report it to the Data Protection Board of India as required.

    9. Children

Our services are not directed at children under 18. If you are booking a flight that includes a minor passenger, the parent or guardian making the booking is responsible for providing the child's details and consenting on their behalf.

If we ever discover that we have collected personal information about a child under 18 without appropriate parental consent, we will delete it immediately.

    10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make a significant change — such as collecting a new type of information or sharing it with a new category of third party — we will email you at least 7 days before the change takes effect and ask for your consent where required.

Minor updates (such as correcting a typo or updating a contact address) will be made without notice. The 'Last Updated' date at the top of this document will always reflect the most recent version.

    11. Contact Us & Grievance Redressal

If you have any questions, concerns, or requests about your personal information — or if you feel we have not handled it properly — please reach out. We are committed to resolving every concern.
