Pilgrimage Helicopter Yatra
Covid Travel Guidelines
COVID protocols must be adhered to by the passengers as per the effective mandate of the government. Without adhering to the government guidelines, boarding shall be denied to the passengers without a refund.
SEATING CAPACITY
The seating capacity of our helicopter is 06 passengers.
HELICOPTER WEIGHT LIMITATION
The maximum weight capacity of the helicopter is 450 kg (excluding baggage weight).
Passengers are taken on board depending on the load and temperature conditions, and the pilot's call will be final. Hence, passengers are required to provide us with their exact body weights at the time of booking.
Exceedance of helicopter weight carrying capacity will result in passengers getting deboarded and cancelled for the Heli-tour without any refund.
OVERWEIGHT CHARGES
Overweight charges apply at a rate of INR 2,500 per kilogram for passengers weighing above 75 kg.
The weight calculation is done on the total combined weight exceeding the permissible group weight limit, where permissible group weight = 75 kg multiplied by the total number of passengers in the group. Only the excess weight above this combined limit will be charged.
If any discrepancy is found between the passenger’s declared weight and actual weight, the applicable overweight charges will be collected before boarding the helicopter.
IMPORTANT ADVISORY:
While submitting your body weight at the time of booking, please ensure that you declare a weight on the higher side, accounting for extra clothing, shoes, carry bags (such as purses, medication bags), and any other carried items.
If the total weight at the time of boarding exceeds the helicopter’s permissible flying limit—due to passenger(s) weight or combined group weight—AeroPaarth reserves the right to cancel the flight without any refund.
In case the excess weight is caused by one or more passengers exceeding individual or collective limits, AeroPaarth may offboard (remove) the passenger(s) responsible for the overweight to allow the rest of the group to fly within permissible limits.
Any passenger who is offboarded due to overweight issues will not be entitled to any refund.
Passengers are encouraged to provide accurate and honest weight declarations to avoid inconvenience.
